    We first analyse what your business question is to determine what changes can be implemented and what knowledge you need to improve productivity. The tool required for the Plan process is the Assessment tool that involves a review of your current information through our Consulting service, and an analysis of the systems in place.

  • COLLECT, RECEIVE & CAPTURE

    This is where we find the information that will help you to create new knowledge. The tool required for this is Intelligence Services which is used to help with corporate development, data mining, client markets and industry intelligence, acquisitions, prospecting and strategic reviews.

  • CREATE

    New knowledge is created from all of the information acquired. This tool is the Inhouse Technology tool, using tools such as any of the M365 products, including Sharepoint on a regular basis.

  • EVALUATE

    Now we ascertain what is the importance of this new knowledge, and does this knowledge need to be kept? Here we use the Evaluate tool to look at organisational policy, legal requirements, retention schedule and client requirements.

    Deciding how best to display this new knowledge. Using the Inhouse Technology tool we look at information visibility, information design, file indexing, metadata, taxonomy, document management systems, websites, intranets (SharePoint).

    Analysing how all new knowledge is going to be used, then select the appropriate dissemination tool. The tool required is InfoUTool, and this tool includes what type of information - numerical or text, information discovery, hardcopy or softcopy, access policy, document display or considering if its business critical.
